Our new window cleaner needs to be pretty awesome.

We want someone who wants to excel in this position and in turn become a crew leader to run jobs and manage other employees after they have fully been trained to understand our operations.

This is not going to be another run of the mill boring job slaving away for “The Man”. We are a family here and your daily attitude and extreme friendliness is CRITICAL to our success. The job can be stressful and it moves fast sometimes. Daily activities include the following:

-Working Your Butt Off
-Cleaning Windows
-Washing Houses (Pressure Cleaning)

-Keeping Truck Clean

Pay will be $11 an hour to start with raises available depending how awesome you are. Crew Leader position will be available next spring to the top performing assistants this season. Crew Leaders earn $14/hour base pay with a 1 year minimum commitment.
