Pressure Washing Retaining Wall | Lancaster PA

We can’t stress this point enough. It is much better to have your property cleaned routinely to prevent costly damage from mold  algae, and other organic compounds. With that being said we can still turn most eye sores into pleasant sight again.

This retaining wall was located in Lancaster PA.  The homeowner stated it has  never been cleaned since it was build roughly 10 years ago. As you can see from the images, after pressure washing it cleaned up great. We first used an algaecide which we sprayed on with a a chemical injector. This injector is specifically made for our pressure washing machine so it applies the perfect mixture of water and algeacide.

After the algeacide has been applied with the power washer, we then allow  it to do its “work”. In this case we needed to wait approximately 15 minutes for the dirty and grime to losen up before we use the pressure washer to rinse away the  grime. There is no need to use supper high pressure. In fact we use around 1,000 psi to clean this wall with our power washer.
